Frank B Watters Reservoir is located in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Ouray is a wonderful location to spend a night or two. Frank B Watters Reservoir is pretty dehydrated generally; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. a fine hiking adventure along the Fall Creek Trail. While you're here at Frank B Watters Reservoir you can take a hike along the Big Blue Trail, and hey, Eaton Creek is a good local stream. Summertime at Frank B Watters Reservoir
