Hiking is a popular thing to do around Florence Number 1 and 2 Reservoir; Rudolph Mountain Trail is a fine local trail, and Mock Hill is clearly visible from Florence Number 1 and 2 Reservoir. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Florence Number 1 and 2 Reservoir while night lows are       generally in the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Florence Number 1 and 2 Reservoir dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Florence Number 1 and 2 Reservoir is right by the North Creek Trail. Florence Number 1 and 2 Reservoir gets very little rain; August is the wettest month with most rain; January is the month with the least moisture. So much amusing stuff to do                  in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, not enough time. If you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express Canon City, Co is a magnificent choice; a glorious place to camp here at Florence Number 1 and 2 Reservoir is North Creek Campground. This lake is so wonderful. A good place for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Florence Number 1 and 2 Reservoir is Arkansas River, and the Mineral-Stevens Trail offers hiking at its best. Lewis Creek flows through this neighborhood, and camping at Smith Creek Campground is always a great experience. Allen Gulch is a wonderful location to explore, and get your pulse rate up on the delightful whitewater of Grape Creek. This lake is located in the wonderful Sangre De Cristo Mountains. So many fun things to do at Florence Number 1 and 2 Reservoir, so little time.
