What a nice lake Flatiron Reservoir is. Flatiron Reservoir is pretty dried up ordinarily; the wettest month of the year is regularly July, that's the one that rains the most; December is when it's the driest. Throughout the warm days of summer at Flatiron Reservoir highs are commonly in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while Flatiron Reservoir overnight low temperatures

| | through the winter are in the 0's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Front Range. Near Flatiron Reservoir you find Chimney Hollow which is a delightful place to stop by; Flatiron Reservoir is a good place to visit for more than one day, Carter Valley Campgrounds is a good place to camp nearby.

La Quinta Inn & Suites Loveland is a great site to get some rest, and Flatiron Mountain is striking and can be distinguished from here. This lake is so wonderful. You're in all probability
keen on lakes, Pinewood Lake is one of those close by; Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch is a perfect local campground. Not far from Flatiron Reservoir you acquire some brilliant water scenery at Flatiron Dam; get yourself into a kayak and
hit Big Thompson River.
This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Poison Lake is close to Flatiron Reservoir, and dry warm beds await you at Bighorn Moutain Lodge. All the outdoors fun things in the Front Range will keep
you coming back again and again. There's perfect hiking along the Round Mountain Trail; there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Big Thompson River. Flatiron Reservoir is located in the Front Range.
