High temperatures at Fisher Reservoir during the days of summer are in the 80's while overnight lows are typically in the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Fisher Reservoir night low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. This is a nice neighborhood for people who       like lakes. Skimmed Milk Reservoir is a lake close at hand, and a pleasant spree to Doughty Park is a good way to spend an afternoon. Fisher Reservoir gets very little precipitation; March is the month that gets the most rain while June is generally the driest month. Ellington Creek is a scenic stream that is worth checking out, and one of the principal marks of the surroundings of Fisher Reservoir is Doughty Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. A fine close                  by hotel is La Quinta Inn & Suites Rifle, and you can go for a hike on the Green Mountain Trail. And that's not all you can do here at Fisher Reservoir. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Gunnison River; why not camp at Weir and Johnson Campground since you're here at Fisher Reservoir. Lakes are great; Hartman Reservoir is a lake that's near Fisher Reservoir, and if you came for an overnight stay Twin Lake Campground is a fine spot to camp.
