This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Ouray Chalet Inn, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Courthouse Trail. Cimarron River is a fine whitewater spot close to Fish Creek Reservoir Number 1, and lakes are such serene sites, why not visit Fish Creek Reservoir Number 2.                location to camp; you can have a good hiking adventure along the Lou Creek Trail.
So much exciting stuff to do here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, too great to be true. Camping is available at Big Cimarron Campground, and why not take a little trip to Coal Creek while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Fish Creek Reservoir Number 1 is a location that is relatively dehydrated mostly; through September this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
All year is a fine time in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains if you love the outdoors. Hiking along the Deer Creek Trail is delightful fun, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cimarron River.
