Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Loch Vale Trail, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Saint Vrain Creek - North. That right there is a heap already, but it carries on; Fern Lake has it all. Lakes? Sure, Round Pond is in close proximity, and a delightful spot to take a look at nearby is Forest Canyon. Not much precipitation falls       here at Fern Lake; through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is November. Just can't get enough of the Front Range. Visit Fern Creek while you're here at Fern Lake; a journey to Fern Falls will fill your spirit with delightful feelings. Visiting Rocky Mountain National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and Raspberry Park is right here at Fern Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A delightful nearby hotel is Fawn Valley Inn, and do take a hike on the Flattop Mountain Trail. During the warm days of summer at Fern Lake temperatures are typically in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 30's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and night lows at Fern Lake through the wintertime commonly fall into the 0's.
