This lake is so wonderful. There's great hiking along the Long       Hollow Trail; camping is available at South Park Mobile Home Park. Fairview and Enlargement Dam is a delightful location next to Fairview Reservoir Number 2, and a lake nearby is Fairview Reservoir. South Platte River is a delightful whitewater spot close to Fairview Reservoir Number 2, and camping at Chatfield is always a nice experience. You'll really wish for more hours                  in a day to enjoy all the cool things in the Front Range. If you're a golfer then a fine nearby course is Deer Creek Golf Club, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Littleton, Co. You're sure to bump into some nice folks from Denver-Aurora here, and do visit Mill Creek since you're here at Fairview Reservoir Number 2. For the period of the days of summer highs here at Fairview Reservoir Number 2 get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Fairview Reservoir Number 2 dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
