Fairview Reservoir is located in the Front Range. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side journey to Deer Creek; you'll meet a lot of people from Denver-Aurora here. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever want to return back home again. Fairview Reservoir Number 2 is a nearby lake that you could visit, and Fairview Reservoir is a magnificent location to camp, Chatfield is a magnificent location.       If the weather is magnificent here at Fairview Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Beaver Brook Trail, and there's whitewater on South Platte River for all you adrenaline people. Fairview and Enlargement Dam is not far at all from Fairview Reservoir, and the Long Hollow Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Fairview Reservoir; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs                  are regularly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Fairview Reservoir are in the 10's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Fairview Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at South Park Mobile Home Park, and a round of golf at nearby Deer Creek Golf Club is a splendid way to kill some time. This lake is so wonderful. Near Fairview Reservoir you come across the South Manitou Park Trail which is a fine hiking trail; Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Littleton, Co is a glorious location to get some rest. Around Fairview Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; May is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is January. Yeah, come up here to the Front Range for a tremendous time.
