Fairview Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. There's splendid hiking along the Gunsight Trail. The Sawatch Range scenery is always beautiful. And if that's not sufficient there's a load more entertaining stuff to do in the Sawatch Range. You're most likely interested in lakes, Jackson Lake is one of those close by, and in the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Taylor River.

| | is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Monarch is close to Fairview Lake, and why not camp at Gold Creek Campground since you're here at Fairview Lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Fairview Lake; Onemile Trail is a great local trail, and Clear Creek has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by. Just can't get enough of Fairview Lake.
