Eureka Reservoir Number 1 is close by, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Powderhorn while you're here. Through the summertime months highs here at Eureka Reservoirs reach the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Eureka Reservoirs       sink into the 10's. The High Foot Trail offers hiking at its best, and Eureka Reservoirs is right by the Crag Crest Trail. You can take a little spree to Weir Park Dam while you're here at Eureka Reservoirs; dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Delta. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Trickel Park Campground is a delightful location to do that, and Howard Johnson Express - Cedaredge is a pleasant location to get                  some rest. And that's not all you can do here at Eureka Reservoirs. Hiking along the Lily Lake Trail is tremendous fun. There's so much to do here at Eureka Reservoirs that you need to camp here for a while, Fish Hawk Campground is a perfect spot for that. At Eureka Reservoirs you don’t see much precipitation; the month with most of the rain is October, and January on the other hand is the driest.
