This place, the Front Range, has so much outdoors enjoyable things. You could also check out Beartrack Lakes if you're here at Estates Reservoir Number 1; it's nearby; if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Georgetown is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Estates Reservoir Number 1 without       first going for a hike along the Abyss Trail, and if you've had enough of Estates Reservoir Number 1, Roosevelt Lakes is nearby. So much entertaining stuff to do in the Front Range, not enough time. Good hiking is available along the Chicago Lakes Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Clear Creek. A typical amount of precipitation falls here at Estates Reservoir Number 1; most of the snow falls throughout                  April, and the driest month is June.
