Throughout the summer at Lake Erie highs are regularly in the 80's, and the nighttime is a bit chillier of course, regularly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for Lake Erie. This lake is located in the wonderful Medicine Bow Mountains. Just can't get enough of the Medicine Bow Mountains. Don't leave Lake Erie without first going for a hike along       the Swamp Creek Cutoff Trail, and Cache La Poudre River - North Fork has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot nearby. The Killpecker Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you came for an overnight stay Bellaire Lake Campground is a wonderful spot to camp. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cache La Poudre River. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff near Lake Erie.                  An afternoon playing golf at Fox Acres Country Club is always a joy, and there are other spots here than Lake Erie, for example Shagwa Lake. And if that's not sufficient there's heaps more amusing things to do in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Beartrap Creek is a wonderful site to pop by, and the scenery at Erie Lake Dam is charming. This lake is so wonderful. There's good hiking along the North Lone Pine Trail, and Peak To Peak Lodge Inc. is a good site to get some rest. Lake Erie is pretty arid ordinarily; July is when you get the most rain here, and January is when it's the driest.
