Enochs Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Fruita is a wonderful choice; get covered with water paddling on Colorado River. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Grand Junction,
Co, and camping at Enochs Lake is good fun, Hay Press Campground is a good local campground. The Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Enochs Lake is pretty dried up typically; August is the wettest month with
most rain; the driest month of the year is February.
Summertime at Enochs Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while Enochs Lake night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's.
