The beauty of Emerald Lake is reason enough to stop by. For the duration of the long summer days at Emerald Lake temperatures are frequently in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 30's. Throughout the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Emerald Lake. | | that gets the most rain; the driest month is November. The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Glacier Basin Campground, and a fine nearby hotel is Estes Park Condos. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Emerald Lake. A tour to Rocky Mountain National Park is recommended, and nearby you hit upon the Glacier Creek Trail which is a great hiking trail. This spot, the Front Range, has so much outdoors | |

fun things. There's some flowing water nearby, Andrews Creek is a stream you can stop at while here; there is a magnificent hiking trail nearby called the Loch Vale Trail. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Front
Range. There's so much to do here at Emerald Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Moraine Park Campground is a fine location for that, and the Flattop Mountain Trail is a great hiking trail close by. Be careful coming to Emerald
Lake, you might not ever wanna go back home again. A lake close by is Dream Lake; a day on the slopes of Berthoud Pass is just what you need. Cache La Poudre River is a great whitewater spot near Emerald Lake, and Flattop Mountain
is a peak you can see from Emerald Lake. Nearby Andrews Pass is a tremendous spot to go if you're at Emerald Lake; if you need a spot to stay Peak To Peak Lodge Inc. is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. You simply ought
to pop by Andrews Glacier if you're here at Emerald Lake, and a trip to Fern Falls will fill your soul with nice feelings. Lake Haiyaha is a nearby lake that you could explore, and if you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Saint Vrain Creek - North.
