The beauty of Electra Lake attracts many people from all around. Electra Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and June is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. There's some attention-grabbing stuff to observe at Terminal Dam near Electra Lake, and Electra Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Purgatory Campground is a great local campground. | | Rainbow Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Electra Lake. There's so much to do here at Electra Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Haviland Lake Campground is a tremendous spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. If you're dropping by Electra Lake from Durango, you won't be the only one; Animas River is a great whitewater spot close by. Lodge at Tamarron is a perfect place to get some rest, and Nary Draw is a great place to check out. Skiing | |

at Silverton is one of those things you just ought to do, and it's a delightful idea to stop at Elbert Creek. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff truly is bountiful here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Really magnificent skiing
awaits you at Kendall Mountain, and not far from Electra Lake you'll discover Haviland Lake which is a wonderful lake. There's no way someone can get bored here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. There are great places to discover
along the Goodhope Stock Driveway, and in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Canyon Creek. Any time is a tremendous time at Electra Lake if you adore the outdoors. Going for a hike on the
Circle Trail is always a great adventure. This place is unbeatable, just look at all the enjoyable stuff to do close to Electra Lake. Near Electra Lake you stumble on the Highline Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail, and after
a long day outdoors Tamarron Resort is a good place to spend a night or two. Electra Lake is a beautiful lake in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. For the duration of the days of summer, highs usually are in the 70's at Electra Lake.
For the duration of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 30's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and overnight lows at Electra Lake throughout the wintertime usually drop into the 0's.
