Go to Lake Elbert if you want to go to a nice lake. These mountains rock, just check out all the cool stuff to do in the Park Range. Head up to Steamboat and strap some skis to your feet; while you're here you can take a hike along the Crags Trail. So many cool things right next door to Lake Elbert, definitely striking. A day on the slopes of Howelsen Hill is just what you need, and Scandinavian Lodge and Condominiums is a great place to get some rest. This

Through the months of summer at Lake Elbert temperatures are typically in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 40's. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Park Range. Paddling on Elk River
is so much fun; if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Big Creek Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Elbert is pretty arid frequently; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow;
August is when it's the driest.
Lake of the Crags is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and if you need a spot to stay Winterwood Townhomes is a tremendous choice.
