Through the days of summer at East Delaney Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at East Delaney Lake dip into the 10's. East Delaney Lake is generally a rather dehydrated spot; April is the wettest month       with most rain while January is typically the driest month. While you're here at East Delaney Lake you can take a hike along the Blue Lake Trail; Butte Dam is a scenic spot. What a place this is for outdoors people. You could also pop by Butte Reservoir if you're here at East Delaney Lake; it's nearby, and why not camp at Helena Campground while you're here at East Delaney Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Have a good hiking adventure along the Ute Pass                  Trail; if you've had enough of East Delaney Lake, South Delaney Lake is close by.
