wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Fruita Super 8 Motel, and if you came for an overnight stay Hay Press Campground is a glorious site to camp. The Falls Campground is a nice local campground. This lake is so wonderful. There are
other locations here than Duvall Reservoir Number 1, for example Fruita Waterworks Reservoir Number 2; Comfort Inn Fruita is a great spot to get some rest. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains.
Colorado River is a great whitewater spot right next door to Duvall Reservoir Number 1, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Gill Creek Trail. Any time is a good time at Duvall Reservoir Number 1 if you go for the outdoors.
