Do stop by Duke Lake while you're in this part of Colorado. There's so much to do here at Duke Lake that you need to camp here for a while, South Park Lodge and RV Park is a pleasant location for that, and you can run the rapids of Clear Creek. most rain; the driest month is January. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! Duke Lake rules! Looking for something close to Duke Lake? Leyden Lake is close by, and a pleasant close by hotel is Oakwood at Montrachet Denver West.
The Mesa Trail is a great hiking trail in close proximity to Duke Lake, and Marriott Denver West is a magnificent place to get some rest. Bear Creek is a delightful whitewater spot in close proximity to Duke Lake, and if you want
to play some golf, you're in luck because Rolling Hills Country club is in close proximity. There's always Duke Lake Dam to go to in the vicinity of Duke Lake, and nearby you hit upon the Bear Peak Trail which is a perfect hiking
trail.
This lake is so wonderful. North Table Mountain is picturesque and can be seen from Duke Lake, and Duke Lake is not the only location nearby, Blunn Reservoir is a nearby lake. All the outdoors enjoyable things near Duke
Lake will keep you coming back again and again. All our national parks are perfect spots to check out, and Rocky Mountain National Park is no exception.
