This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Supply Basin Campground is always a pleasant experience, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Fayville Trail. After a long day outdoors Americas Best Value Inn - Glenwood Springs is a tremendous place to spend a night or two, and you'll come across a beautiful lake called       Monument Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant close by hotel is Rodeway Inn Glenwood Springs, and if the weather is gorgeous, you acquire a great panorama of Baxter Peak from Duck Lake. At Duck Lake all through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's; night lows during the wintertime for Duck Lake tend to be in the 0's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. A                  good site to camp here at Duck Lake is Klines Folly Campground, and going for a hike on the Last Chance Trail is always a wonderful adventure. Colorado River has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot nearby, and what would winter be without some skiing at Sunlight Mountain.
