    Many people like to go to Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn Delta is a tremendous place to get some rest; Black Point Draw is a delightful spot to spend some time. Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2 is one of the lakes here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Going for a hike on the McCarthy Trail is always a perfect adventure.
If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. A glorious site to
 
   camp here at Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2 is Smokehouse Campground, and the snow is wonderful at Powderhorn. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Kannah Creek; do put some time aside to spend at Caps Spring if you're here at Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. Drift down the rapids of Escalante Creek in a kayak, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Sundance is a good choice.

               are such calm places, why not have a look at Shortcut Reservoir next to Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2, and you can go for a hike on the Gunnison Trail. Not much rainfall falls here at Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2; through the month of October you get the most rain around here, and January meanwhile is the driest month. Why not camp at Riverwood Inn & Recreational Vehicle Park while you're here at Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2, and there are brilliant places to explore along the Long Gulch Trail.
This location, the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains, has so much outdoors fun things. Stone Basin Reservoir is a fine lake near Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2, and you're sure to encounter some wonderful people from Montrose here. High temperatures at Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2 through the summer are in the 90's, and the nighttime is a little chillier of course, usually in the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's while Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2 overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's.
