Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2 is one of the lakes here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Going for a hike on the McCarthy Trail is always a perfect adventure. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Kannah Creek; do put some time aside to spend at Caps Spring if you're here at Dry Mesa Reservoir Number 2. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site.
