    The beauty of Dry Lake is reason enough to stop by. Be careful coming to Dry Lake, you might not ever want to return back home again. Uncompahgre River is a great whitewater spot close to Dry Lake; getting to Beaver Creek from Dry Lake is simple. Dry Lake is a location that is relatively dehydrated typically; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest of the months is June. The Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
Throughout
 
   the days of summer, highs usually are in the 80's at Dry Lake. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at Dry Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. On a tremendous day at Dry Lake you can take a hike along the Blue Lakes Trail; if you need a site to stay The San Sophia Inn And Condominiums is a splendid choice. All the outdoors amusing stuff in the Uncompahgre  
               Plateau Mountains will keep you coming back persistently.
But wait, there's more enjoyable things to do in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Why not camp at Polly's Motel Car wash if you're here at Dry Lake, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Lake Otonawanda. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Dry Lake. There is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Dry Lake called the Dallas Trail, and why not stop by Otonowanda Dam if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Telluride is a very popular ski area in close proximity; obviously, this is a glorious area for people who like lakes, West Lake is a lake nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of San Miguel River near Dry Lake, and McKean Spring is an inspiring place to take a look at during your stay. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Blaine Draw is a brilliant place to discover, and if you came for an overnight stay Timber Ridge Motel and Campground is a great location to camp. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Silverton, and dry warm beds await you at The Victorian Inn.
Going for a hike on the Deep Creek Trail is always a good adventure, and since you're here and you like golf, you can stop by Fairway Pines Golf Club.
