A visit to Dry Lake is always a good idea. After a long day outdoors Inn And Suites At Riverwalk is a good site to spend a night or two, and the Red Canyon Stock Driveway offers hiking at its best. At Dry Lake you don’t see much rain; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is one of the great places here in the Sawatch Range.
Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Dry Lake. Once the

| | sun is down it falls down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Dry Lake. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. A wonderful place to camp here at Dry Lake is Yeoman Park Campground, and it's a pleasant idea to go to Alkali Creek.
A glorious nearby hotel is The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Beaver Creek. If you | |

adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Sawatch Range. There are plenty of people from Edwards here at Dry Lake; Eagle River has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Salt
Creek Trail; the peak of Bocco Mountain can be seen from Dry Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Sylvan Lake is a great local campground, and whitewater paddling is great on Piney
River. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things in the Sawatch Range. Dry Lake is right by the Cache Creek Access Trail, and if you're here and you like golf, you can take a look at Red Sky Golf Club.
