Dry Lake is a nice lake to visit. Throughout the summertime, highs typically are in the 80's at Dry Lake with night lows in the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for Dry Lake. Silver Park is a beautiful site any time of year; the sight of lovely Bear Peak is wonderful. At Dry Lake you don’t see much precipitation; during August this area sees the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Have a delightful hiking adventure along the Highline Trail, and Arkansas River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. The cheerful people of Canon City like to hang out nearby, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Mineral-Stevens Trail.

beds await you at Courtyard Country Inn. There's so much to do here at Dry Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Eberling Mobile Home and RV Park is a great spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. This is no place for people
who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Yoder's High Country Inn is a wonderful place to get some rest, and you can run the rapids of Grape Creek.
