This lake is so wonderful. There is a glorious hiking trail in the vicinity of Dreyfus Reservoir called the Lily Lake Trail, and hey, Bonita Creek is a wonderful local stream. Do explore Deserted Park Reservoir in close proximity to Dreyfus Reservoir, it's a beautiful lake, and Howard Johnson       Express - Cedaredge is a good place to get some rest. You'll hit upon a striking lake called Cole Reservoir Number 4 near Dreyfus Reservoir; on a good day you can take a hike along the Crag Crest Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Gunnison River; after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Delta is a nice location to spend a night or two. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Twin Lake Campground is a good campground                  nearby, and an attention-grabbing thing to go to next to Dreyfus Reservoir is Dreyfus Dam. It is very dehydrated here at Dreyfus Reservoir ordinarily; the wettest month of the year is commonly March, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is June. Through the warm days of summer, highs generally are in the 80's at Dreyfus Reservoir with nighttime lows in the 50's.
