     So much exciting stuff to do here in the Front Range, too tremendous to be true. If you're dropping by Douglas Reservoir from Fort Collins-Loveland, you won't be the only one, and Americas Best Value Inn - Fort Collins is a magnificent location to get some rest. Cache La Poudre River - North Fork has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby, and going for a hike along the Greyrock Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. During the long summer days  
   here at Douglas Reservoir, high temperatures typically reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Douglas Reservoir dip into the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Douglas Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Overland Trail; after a long day outdoors Budget Host Inn Fort Collins is a fine spot to spend a night
 
               or two. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Douglas Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Heron Lake RV Park, and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Wintersteen Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cache La Poudre River, and Fort Collins Country Club Golf is a wonderful golf course nearby.
The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. Yeah, come here to Douglas Reservoir for a fine time. There's so much to do here at Douglas Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Ft Collins N/Wellington KOA is a perfect place for that. Lakes are good; Douglass Lake Reservoir Number 10 is a lake that's right next door to Douglas Reservoir.
Douglas Reservoir is a location that is reasonably dried out typically; the month with most of the rain is May, and February meanwhile is the driest month. All year is a good time in the Front Range if you go for the outdoors. You can take a little spree to Douglas Dam while you're here at Douglas Reservoir, and not far from Douglas Reservoir you'll discover Mountain Supply Reservoir Number 9 which is a gorgeous lake.
