Anthracite Creek - Ruby Fork is a great whitewater spot near Dollar Lake; don't leave Dollar Lake without first going for a hike along the Hammond Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything       Dollar Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lost Lake Campground; while you're here, you could also stop by beautiful Lost Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Irwin Lodge has good slopes and a friendly staff; going for a hike on the Munsey Ruby Stock Driveway is always a good adventure. You'll locate a gorgeous lake called E Beckwith Reservoir Number 1 near Dollar Lake. There's so much to do here at Dollar Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je                  West is a perfect spot for that. If you're here, you might as well take a look at Beckwith Pass; from Dollar Lake you get a great sight of East Beckwith Mountain. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Dollar Lake. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's; after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Dollar Lake drop into the-10's.
