in the great outdoors, just come on down to Dixon Reservoir. Quality Inn & Suites is a fine place to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Dixon Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Chambers Lake - Arapaho National
Forest is a delightful spot for that. Do visit Dixon Canyon Dam if you're here at Dixon Reservoir; Dixon Reservoir is right by the Jug Trail. If you haven’t been to Rocky Mountain National Park, you should schedule some time for
it if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Big Thompson River; hiking along the Round Mountain Trail is glorious fun. This lake is so wonderful.
Take a hike on the Wintersteen Trail, and if you need a place to stay Hilton Fort Collins is a magnificent choice. And if that's not enough there's a lot more exciting stuff to do in the Front Range. A tour to nearby Dixon Cove is very relaxing, and there are some great whitewater spots on Cache La Poudre River.
