Go for a hike on the Ormiston Point Stock Driveway; you can stay the night at Miramonte Reservoir Campground. After a long day outdoors Dunton Hot Springs is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two; at Divide Reservoir you can make out Lone Mesa. This lake is so wonderful. At Divide Reservoir you don’t see much precipitation;       October is the wettest month with most rain; June is the month with the least moisture. Through the months of summer, highs mostly are in the 90's at Divide Reservoir, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Divide Reservoir tend to be in the 10's. Going for a hike on the Stoner Stock Trail is always a delightful adventure, and Lone Mesa Spring                  Number 1 is a scenic site to have a look at while you're at Divide Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Dolores River; if you need a place to stay Days Inn Cortez is a wonderful choice.
