If the weather is delightful here at Lake Dinosaur, you can go for a hike along the Divide Trail, and Lake Dinosaur is in close proximity to Buffalo Pass which is positively worth going to. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Scandinavian Lodge and Condominiums is a wonderful choice; Summit Lake Campground is a great campground nearby. And if that's not sufficient there's plenty       more enjoyable things to do in the Park Range. Haymaker Golf Course is a golf course right next door to Lake Dinosaur; you'll find a beautiful lake called Long Lake Reservoir. Just can't get enough of the Park Range. There's some flowing water nearby, Granite Creek is a stream you can take a look at while here; a picturesque lake like Fish Creek Reservoir is a magnificent place to check out. Now, you may feel that's loads but there's even more cool stuff to                  do here at Lake Dinosaur. While you're here at Lake Dinosaur you can take a hike along the Percy Lake Trail, and why not head up to Steamboat and strap some skis to your feet. Have a good hiking adventure along the Fish Creek Falls Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Elk River offers some brilliant whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is brilliant at Howelsen Hill, and if you came for an overnight stay Granite Campground is a brilliant spot to camp. High temperatures at Lake Dinosaur all through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Lake Dinosaur fall into the-10's. After a long day outdoors Winterwood Townhomes is a brilliant location to spend a night or two. Lake Dinosaur is a beautiful lake in the Park Range.
