There's whitewater on Kannah Creek for all you thrill seekers, and do take a hike on the Point Camp Trail. Delta Control Reservoir gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is October; the driest month of the year is January. Delta Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to. Hit the slopes at Powderhorn in the vicinity, and hiking along the Bull and Brown Trail is magnificent fun. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Best

| | Western Sundance is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two; if you came to camp Delta/Grand Mesa KOA is a great place to do that. Summertime highs at Delta Control Reservoir ordinarily tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. Through the winter highs are mostly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Delta Control Reservoir are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. you're into cool geologic characteristics try Devils Thumb. This place, Delta Control Reservoir, it truly has so much outdoors fun stuff. A round of golf at nearby Devil's Thumb Golf Club is a tremendous way to kill some time. There's
so much to do here at Delta Control Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Riverwood Inn & Recreational Vehicle Park is a good place for that.
