All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while Deadman Lake night low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 0's. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Deadman Lake is so good! Glide down the rapids of Fryingpan River in a kayak, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Aspen Highlands is quite       near. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Sawatch Range has to offer. If you need a site to stay VillaHotel Bears Creek is a great choice, and Lost Man Campground is a magnificent campground nearby. Deadman Lake is generally a relatively dried up spot; the month with most of the rain is August; the driest of the months is February. Aspen Mountain is a great local ski area, and you can stay the night at Portal Campground. This lake is                  so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Deadman Lake; Highline Trail is a wonderful local trail; while you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Edwards.
