In Colorado there are many beautiful lakes, Davis Reservoir Number 2 is one of them. Good hiking is available along the Green Mountain Trail, and camping is available at B and B Mobile and RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. Valmont Butte is a peak you can see from Davis Reservoir Number 2; going for a hike on the Saddle Rock Trail is always a great adventure. temperatures dip down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Davis Reservoir Number 2. A great spot to camp here at Davis Reservoir Number 2 is Longmont
Koa Kampground. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of folks from Boulder come to Davis Reservoir Number 2, and since you're here, you could visit Fourmile Canyon Creek. If you come at the right time of year, Boulder Creek offers
some tremendous whitewater; near Davis Reservoir Number 2 you find a golf course called Haystack Mountain Golf Course & Driving Range.
