Many people like to go to Curtain Ponds. You can never get enough of the tremendous skiing at Copper Mountain; if you need a place to stay Carbonate Copper Mountain is a pleasant choice. People from Silverthorne love to come to Curtain Ponds; from Curtain Ponds you get a great view of Tenmile Peak. This lake is so wonderful. Wheeler Flats is right here at Curtain Ponds; a great location for whitewater paddling is Arkansas River. Be careful coming to Curtain

| | Ponds, you might not ever want to return home again. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Wheeler Dillion Trail; brilliant skiing awaits you at Breckenridge. Camping is available at Gold Pan Campground; get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Tenmile Creek. Why not camp at Black Lakes Campground if you're here at Curtain Ponds, and the Miners Creek Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? | |

Try West Tenmile Creek, and a beautiful lake like Officers Gulch Pond is a tremendous site to stop at. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Curtain Ponds. Dry warm beds await you at Ramada Limited Frisco, and do pop by
Wheeler Lakes, it's a pretty lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Curtain Ponds; Wheeler Trail is a tremendous local trail, and a perfect location nearby is McKenzie Gulch. Curtain Ponds is pretty dry usually; the wettest
month of the year is mostly July, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at Curtain Ponds get into the 70's while
overnight lows are generally in the 40's. Highs during the winter are frequently in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Curtain Ponds.
