Curr Reservoir is a spot with many visitors from Colorado Springs, and Curr Reservoir is a perfect site to visit for more than one day, Golden Eagle Ranch Campground is a perfect site to camp nearby. For the duration of the summertime at Curr Reservoir temperatures are frequently in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are mostly in the 30's with       temperatures at Curr Reservoir dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Take a little spree to Cheyenne Creek if you're here at Curr Reservoir; Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is a very brilliant place to stop at. So much amusing stuff to do at Curr Reservoir, so little time. Courtyard By Marriott Colorado Springs South is a delightful spot to get some rest, and on a delightful day you can take a hike along the Palmer                  Trail. If you need a site to stay Cheyenne Canon Inn is a great choice. Lakes are splendid; South Lake is a lake that's close to Curr Reservoir. If the weather is wonderful here at Curr Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Penrose Trail, and you don’t have to go far from Curr Reservoir to distinguish the water at Curr Dam. While you're here at Curr Reservoir you can play some golf at Vineyard Golf Club, and the Indian Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close by. At Curr Reservoir you don’t see much precipitation; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is January. This lake is so wonderful.
