Cheyenne Creek is near Curr Reservoir and is always a diversion to stop at, and dry warm beds await you at Courtyard       Colorado Springs South. So much fun stuff to do here at Curr Reservoir, too good to be true. Curr Reservoir is a brilliant location to visit for more than one day, Golden Eagle Ranch Campground is a brilliant location to camp nearby, and do go to Big Stratton Reservoir, it's a delightful lake. For the duration of the warmest time of the year at Curr Reservoir temperatures are typically in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the                  40's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows all through the winter for Curr Reservoir tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Foot of the Rockies RV Resort and Storage is a great local campground; you'll find a gorgeous lake called South Lake. Don't miss out on a visit to Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument while you're here at Curr Reservoir, and Curr Dam is a location that is close to Curr Reservoir.
