At Culver Reservoir you don’t see much rain; through the month of May you get the most rain around here; January is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Culver Reservoir is a great spot to visit for more than one day, Parrish Ranch Recreational Vehicle Resort & Evnt is a great spot to camp nearby; Culver Reservoir is not the only spot nearby, Blue       Mountain Reservoir is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Jug Trail is always a nice adventure, and there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Saint Vrain Creek - North. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Ute Creek Golf Course is around here, and after a long day outdoors Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Longmont/Boulder is a magnificent site to spend a night or two. And that's not all you can do here at Culver                  Reservoir. Go for a hike on the Saddle Rock Trail, and Rocky Mountain National Park is a very glorious place to stop by. Not far from Culver Reservoir you obtain some good water scenery at Culver Dam; you can stay the night at Longmont Koa Kampground. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area in the neighborhood of Culver Reservoir has to offer. Near Culver Reservoir you locate the Round Mountain Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail, and nearby you find good locations like Culver Gulch. High temperatures at Culver Reservoir during the warm days of summer are in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are usually in the 40's while Culver Reservoir overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's.
