This lake is so wonderful. Here at Crystal Reservoir there are plenty of people from Boulder; the Jug Trail offers hiking at its best. A golf course right next door to Crystal Reservoir is Ute Creek Golf Course; Longmont/Twin Peaks Super 8 Motel is a fine location to get some rest. Crystal Reservoir is regularly a quite dried up site; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while January is the month       with the least amount of precipitation. Crystal Reservoir is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Parrish Ranch Recreational Vehicle Resort & Evnt is a splendid local campground, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can stop by Crystal Dam. High temperatures at Crystal Reservoir throughout the days of summer are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and night lows at Crystal Reservoir all through                  the winter regularly descend into the 10's. After a long day outdoors Niwot Inn is a glorious location to spend a night or two; if you came to camp Longmont Koa Kampground is a wonderful place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling on Big Thompson River, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Crystal Reservoir; Saddle Rock Trail is a good local trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff close to Crystal Reservoir. Paddling on Saint Vrain Creek - North is so much fun, and there's good hiking along the Round Mountain Trail. What a location this is for outdoors people. Lakes are delightful; Crystal Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Crystal Reservoir; the views at Rocky Mountain National Park will blow your mind.
