All the outdoors entertaining stuff next to Crystal Lakes will keep you coming back many times. If you need a location to stay Allington Inn and Suites is a good choice, and you can go for a hike on the Wolf Creek Stock Driveway. High temperatures at Crystal Lakes during the long summer days are in the 60's, and the overnight is rather cooler of course, regularly in the 40's. campground. This lake is one of the great places here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. And that's not everything you can do here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. There's so much to do here at Crystal Lakes that you need to
camp here for a while, Stunner Campground is a splendid spot for that, and there's whitewater on Conejos River for all you adrenaline people. This lake is so wonderful. At Crystal Lakes you can catch a glimpse of Hogback Mesa,
and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Dry Creek Stock Driveway. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not explore Summitville Tailings Pond right next door to Crystal Lakes, and after a long day outdoors The Spruce
Lodge is a brilliant site to spend a night or two. Crystal Lakes generally gets lots of precipitation; through the month of March you get the most snow around here, and the driest month is June.
