Colorado has many beautiful lakes and Crystal Lakes is one of them. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Sawatch Range has to offer. California Gulch is near Crystal Lakes and is a great place; you can stay the night at Colorado Outward Bound. Having a great time in the Sawatch Range is trouble-free. A great site for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Crystal Lakes is Arkansas River; after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel -

| | Leadville is a good spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Crystal Lakes you can take a hike along the Main Range Trail. Lakes are brilliant; Turquoise Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Crystal Lakes.
There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Crystal Lakes. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Crystal Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Sugar Loafin' RV/campground, and dry warm beds await | |

you at Delaware Hotel. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at MT Massive Golf Course is always a bliss; let's not forget Halfmoon Creek which is a stream that you may come across while here. Around Crystal Lakes you
don’t get a lot of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is February.
If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on
Clear Creek, and do take a hike on the Main Range Trail. At Crystal Lakes during the days of summer highs are in the 70's while night lows are ordinarily in the 40's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's; night
lows in the 0's for Crystal Lakes. The snow is magnificent at Ski Cooper, and you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Mount Elbert Trail.
A day on the slopes of Copper Mountain is just what you need. The Sawatch Range scenery is always beautiful.
