     Crystal Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Why not explore nearby Climax Creek while you're here at Crystal Lake, and going for a hike on the Weehawken Pack Trail is always a tremendous adventure. A perfect close by hotel is St.Elmo Hotel, and you can never get enough of the perfect skiing at Silverton. Whitewater paddling is good on Lime Creek.
Not much precipitation falls here at Crystal Lake; the month with most of the rain is
 
   August, and June is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Mother Cline Slide is a splendid place to have a look at while in the neighborhood, and Lake Como is a nice lake nearby. And if that's not sufficient, there's heaps more to do near Crystal Lake. One of the governing traits of the surroundings of Crystal Lake is Abrams Mountain; Mineral Creek - South has a perfect whitewater paddling spot close by.

               Peaks Motel is a great choice, and while you're here why not take a look at Albany Gulch. The warmest time of the year at Crystal Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Crystal Lake are in the 10's. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Crystal Lake has to offer, you can camp at Ridgeway, and Full Moon Dam is beautiful.
Lakes are such serene locations, why not stop at Lake Emma near Crystal Lake; don’t forget to take a look at Half Moon Basin since you're here at Crystal Lake. If only every place had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great globe it would be. There is a perfect hiking trail in the neighborhood of Crystal Lake called the Bear Creek Trail, and brilliant skiing awaits you at Kendall Mountain. On a pleasant day at Crystal Lake you can take a hike along the Greyhound Pack Trail, and Crystal Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Ouray Koa Kampground is a good place to camp nearby.
