Crooked Creek Reservoir is located in the Sawatch Range. So many fun things to do here in the Sawatch Range, too tremendous to be true. There are great places to explore along the Lake Charles Trail, and a visit to Crooked Creek Park invigorates the soul. Man, is there lots of amusing things to do in the Sawatch Range. Get your heart beating on the pleasant whitewater of Eagle River; everybody nearby loves       skiing at Aspen Highlands. Through the warm months at Crooked Creek Reservoir highs are regularly in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Crooked Creek Reservoir. Crooked Creek Dam is pretty and it's next to Crooked Creek Reservoir, and the skiing at Beaver Creek is good. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Crooked Creek Reservoir without                  first going for a hike along the Last Chance Trail; Crooked Creek Reservoir is not far at all from Edwards. Crooked Creek Reservoir truly is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. If you need a place to stay The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera is a brilliant choice, and you can stay the night at Fulford Cave Campground. All year is a delightful time in the Sawatch Range if you adore the outdoors. Nearby lakes? Sure, Woods Lake is close to Crooked Creek Reservoir, and close by Corral Gulch is a tremendous place to go. Go for a hike on the Ironedge Trail; Inn And Suites At Riverwalk is a tremendous place to get some rest. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area right next door to Crooked Creek Reservoir has to offer. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Crooked Creek Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Yeoman Park Campground, and there's whitewater on Fryingpan River for all you adrenaline junkies. Crooked Creek Reservoir is pretty dried out frequently; the month with most of the rain is July while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. This is a pleasant neighborhood for people who like lakes.
