Stay the night at Delux RV Park; the scenery at Badding Dam is beautiful. You believe that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. During your trip to Croke Lake you'll meet some people from Denver-Aurora for sure. The warmest time of the year at Croke Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours       in the winter at Croke Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. There's so much to do here at Croke Lake that you need to camp here for a while, The Prospect RV Park is a good spot for that, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Denver I25 is a pleasant site to spend a night or two. Around Croke Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; through the month of May you get the most rain around here; the driest month is January. You could also visit Badding Reservoir                  if you're here at Croke Lake; it's nearby; if you come at the right time of year, South Platte River offers some glorious whitewater. This lake is so wonderful.
