It is very dry here at Crescent Lake Number 1 typically; the month of March is the wettest with most of the snow while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Hiking along the Ute Trail is great fun. Lakes? Sure, Crescent Lake is close by. During the months of summer at Crescent Lake Number 1 temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's while       nighttime lows are frequently in the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Crescent Lake Number 1. The South Derby Trail offers hiking at its best. There's so much to do here at Crescent Lake Number 1 that you need to camp here for a while, Bucks Campground is a tremendous location for that. This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can                  always go whitewater paddling on Sweetwater Creek; not far from Crescent Lake Number 1 you'll stumble on Mackinaw Lake which is a lovely lake.
