In Colorado there are many beautiful lakes, Crater Lakes is one of them. The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. So many exciting things to do in the Front Range, not enough time. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Boulder Creek, and here at Crater Lakes you can make out Mount Epworth. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous site close to Crater Lakes is Rogers Pass; if you need a site to stay Beaver Village Condominiums is a great choice. Very

| | lovely scenery and great skiing is what you get at Berthoud Pass. What would winter be without some skiing at Winter Park, and you can stay the night at Buckingham Campground. It is very arid here at Crater Lakes typically; August is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Front Range. along the King Lake Trail. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Clear Creek - West Fork; Arapaho Creek is in the neighborhood of Crater Lakes and is always a diversion to take a look at. This
lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Zephyr Mountain Lodge, and if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the James Peak Lake Trail. What a place this is for outdoors folks. This is a great area for people
who like lakes. Arapaho Lakes is a lake nearby; going for a hike along the South Boulder Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Summertime highs at Crater Lakes usually tend to be in the 70's. Through
the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Crater Lakes.
