For the period of the warm months here at Crater Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Crater Lake tend to be in the 0's. Take a hike on the High Trail, and a tremendous close by hotel is Oak Creek Motel. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Ute       Trail; Crater Lake is not the only place nearby, Camel Lake is a nearby lake. Crater Lake is ordinarily a reasonably dry place; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most snow while June is frequently the driest month. If you came to camp Bucks Campground is a perfect place to do that, and there's some interesting stuff to see at Sheriff Dam near Crater Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
