The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Aspen Mountain, and from Crater Lake you obtain a splendid panorama of Maroon Peak. Aspen Highlands is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood, and Buckskin Pass is another delightful place to explore nearby. This lake is so wonderful. most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Crater Lake really is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. While you're here at Crater Lake, you could also go to beautiful Maroon Lake; East River has a great
whitewater paddling spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Laurelwood Condominiums is a nice choice, and you're sure to encounter some fine folks from Edwards here. You just can't envision the amount
of outdoors entertaining stuff the area in the neighborhood of Crater Lake has to offer. During the warm days of summer here at Crater Lake, high temperatures typically reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's.
For the period of the winter highs are generally in the 30's with temperatures at Crater Lake dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. You'll come across a charming lake called Willow Lake near Crater Lake, and the Blue Creek Trail is a good hiking trail nearby.
