Crater Lake is a lake worth visiting. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are in fact bountiful here at Crater Lake. Head up to Aspen Highlands and strap some skis to your feet, and you can see Maroon Peak from Crater Lake. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Crystal River - North Fork, and perfect hiking is available along the Blue Creek Trail. A nice close by hotel is Laurelwood Condominiums. This lake is so wonderful. You'll locate a beautiful lake called Maroon Lake near Crater Lake, and there are nice spots to explore along the Trail Riders Trail. After a long day outdoors Village Property Condos is a glorious place to spend a night or two, and you can go for a hike on the Granite Basin Trail.

Portal Campground since you're here at Crater Lake; if you're visiting from Edwards, you won't be the only one. For the period of the summertime months, highs generally are in the 70's at Crater Lake, and the night is a tad chillier
of course, frequently in the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Crater Lake temperatures descend to the-10's. A day on the slopes of Aspen Mountain is just what you need;
a great place for whitewater paddling is East River.
This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful spot in close proximity to Crater Lake is Buckskin Pass, and a magnificent place to camp here at Crater Lake is Maroon Lake Campground.
