Near Crane Lake you come across the Deep Creek Trail which is a good hiking trail, and Comfort Inn Delta is a glorious site to get some rest. Flowing Park is a striking location any time of year; not far from Crane Lake you'll stumble on Hogchute Reservoir which is a striking lake. And if you're still looking for more outdoors enjoyable stuff       just keep reading. Crane Lake is a magnificent place to visit for more than one day, Glacier Spring Campground is a magnificent place to camp nearby, and there are other locations here than Crane Lake, for example Flowing Park Reservoir. Hogchute Dam is not far at all from Crane Lake, and don't forget to take a perfect little trip to Reservoir Creek. During the warm months here at Crane Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 90's. Through the moonlight hours                  it's commonly in the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Crane Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Crane Lake has to offer, you can camp at Jumbo Reservoir Campground; skiing at Powderhorn is one of those things you just must do. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Point Trail is always a good adventure, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Sundance.
