If you are in this part of Colorado make sure to pay a visit to Craig Draw Reservoir. Homestead Spring is always fun to check out; if you want to go to some interesting stuff, go to Craig Point. This lake is one of the great places here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Not much rainfall falls here at Craig Draw Reservoir; all through July this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.

Trail, and paddling on San Miguel River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Craig Draw Reservoir, you could also stop by close by Mavriat Reservoir, and Craig Draw Reservoir is perfect enough to spend more
than a day at, Antone Spring Campground is a perfect local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Cottonwood Trail, and drift down the rapids of San Miguel River in a kayak.
And that's
not all you can do here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Beaver Creek is a nice local stream, and Beaver Canyon is a fine place to go to. Just can't get enough of the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Take a hike on the Dry Creek Trail; people from Montrose love to come here.
