Lakes of the Crags is a nice lake to visit. Throughout the warm days of summer at Lakes of the Crags temperatures are generally in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. Highs throughout the wintertime are regularly in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Lakes of the Crags. This lake is located in the wonderful Park Range. There's so much to do here at Lakes of the Crags that you need to camp here for a while, Dry Lake

| | Campground is a great spot for that, and the peak of The Dome can be spotted from Lakes of the Crags.
Lakes of the Crags is pretty dried up ordinarily; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow, and the driest month of the year is August. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Wyoming Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Western Lodge.

a popular thing to do around Lakes of the Crags; Crags Trail is a good local trail, and skiing at Steamboat is one of those things you just have to do. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Park Range. Elk River has
a great whitewater paddling spot close by. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lakes of the Crags has to offer, you can camp at Summit Lake Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Big Creek Lake is a nearby lake that
you could go to, and you can never get enough of the delightful skiing at Howelsen Hill.
Be careful coming to Lakes of the Crags, you might not ever wanna go back home again. The Big Creek Lake Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you need a site to stay Thunderhead Lodge And Condominiums is a splendid choice.
