Lake of the Crags is a nice lake to visit. Lake of the Crags is one of the lakes here in the Park Range. And if that's not enough, there's loads more to do near Lake of the Crags. Going for a hike along the Big Creek Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and Winterwood Townhomes is a delightful spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Dry Lake Campground, and after a long day outdoors Western Lodge is a glorious site to spend a night or two. If the weather is great here at Lake
of the Crags, you can go for a hike along the Luna Lake Trail; why not head up to Steamboat and strap some skis to your feet. A day on the slopes of Howelsen Hill is just what you need, and hiking along the Crags Trail is wonderful
fun. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Lake of the Crags. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's,
and nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Lake of the Crags tend to be in the-10's.
This lake is so wonderful. A glorious place to camp here at Lake of the Crags is Summit Lake Campground.
